deposit of 50% of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the remaining 50% on day of

refund any of your deposit which has not been spent on materials or allocated for labour. Built-In Solutions will also charge
and be entitled to claim any cost or charges involved in recovering overdue accounts. (By completion we
mean that the furniture is in a usable state, even if a few outstanding items remain to be completed). 3. Delivery We
may at the time of order provide you with an indicative lead time. However since each order is made to the customers specification
and we may have to order materials for that specific order we cannot guarantee delivery lead times. Accordingly any delivery
lead time quoted will be indicative only and time will not be of the essence for this contract. In particular the default
30 days for contract performance under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations shall not apply. We will not be liable
for any loss or damage suffered by you through delay in delivery. We make every effort to deliver the goods within the expected
timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Built-In Solutions accepts

to enable Built-In Solutions to perform the contract in accordance with its terms. We reserve the right to cancel the contract
between us if we are unable to source the materials to make your order within a reasonable time or we do not deliver to your
area. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered. 5: Liability We will not be liable
to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising
out of any problem in relation to the goods. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other

The more you prepare your home or fitting area for
installation, the easier it is to return to normal life immediately upon our exit. As much space as possible should be made
in the room of installation and all small objects like cd's, books and mantle piece photos should be moved out of the
room.
ii.
All walls and preparations to the fitting area by
filling any holes or any decoration will need to take place prior to our arrival. Filling of holes or channels made by moving
electrical cables or making good after other trades have completed is not the responsibility of Built-In solutions. You letting us proceed with fitting of
your furniture absolves us of any liability with relation to any uncompleted works as described earlier in this paragraph.
Our only responsibility is the fitting of your furniture on the day that has been scheduled. If
for any reason that we are not able to fit your furniture on the scheduled day when we arrive due no fault on our part,
will be subject to a £275.00 re scheduling fee.
iii.
Whilst we take every care, dust is inevitable. We
can advise you more specifically during the quoting process. iv.
Parking is the client's responsibility for both
the quote and any time spent on-site doing the work. Please ensure you have enough parking permits for us to complete the
work. We can discuss how long we would be installing for during the quote. Equally any fees for the congestion charge will
be the clients responsibility.
v.
Unless specified all our units are supplied unpainted. We
will supply you with a quote for spray painting in White Lacquer sheen 20% sheen (satin) unless stated, will be included
in the price. If you require a colour other than White you will need to supply us with a colour code or sample, an additional
cost may be associated. (please note - if you supply us with a colour code, we can not guarantee it will be the exact match,
therefore we would prefer a sample).
vi.
We take every care to avoid damaging walls and plasterwork
whilst fitting but often some scuffing is inevitable. We will gladly make good any marks on the wall, but our liability ends
there. Fitting up to wallpaper can sometimes prove problematic and as such we can't be held responsible for small scuffs
on surrounding wallpaper. If applicable we will draw your attention to this during the fitting process.
vii.
Whilst the majority of our work is floor standing
we always have to fix the units to the walls and thus have to drill or nail into them. Apart from straight up and down from
plug points and wall lights you should advise us of any electrical cables or pipe work which are in your walls to your knowledge.
We can't be held responsible for drilling into any cables or pipe work which are not in accordance with the above note
or building regulations.
